ChairmanÕs Report
by Mark Shelton
During last year Terrance had died. His work as a trustee had been much appreciated and he will be greatly missed.
There had been new events of the Bike Ride and Proms Night in 2008 and the revamped Sports Day to Olympics which had all been very successful.
We had started our 2010 project and it was well underway.
Mark thanked everyone for their help
Mark announced that he would be completing his fourth year and then would retire at the AGM in 2010 so we would need to look for a new Chairman.
Mark was thanked by the meeting for his work as Chairman
Number of Trustees
Currently there are 11 trustees. This was discussed and considered to be a good number at the moment. It would be good to have some new trustees and particularly from Walk Mill and Adbaston.
