A meeting with Amicia, Andrew and Mark had taken place to review insurance and budgeting for depreciation. Report on progress later in the year ACTION MARK
Tent mending and future bookings
The old tent needs some attention to a window. Julia has
agreed that we can borrow her machine. Work to be carried out when it is
warmer. ACTION SARAH
9th May Jon Ball wants to use the tents for a Rotary event on Health Awareness
16th May Patrick wants to use the tent for a party
Christmas Tree
The Christmas Tree has been planted on The Green.
Lights
A set of lights have been sourced and paid for by Duncan Farrow at a cost of £74. These are now stored at AmiciaÕs

Bench in Memorial to Terrance Marsden
It was decided that we would purchase a bench for the Green. Investigate the purchase of the bench ACTION RAYMOND
Patrick has spoken to Mike Dunball who can arrange a plaque. The words we would like to use are from the Memoirs and are ÔI have enjoyed every minute IÕve lived in Bishops OffleyÉÉand wouldnÕt change anythingÕ
Dog Fouling of The Green
Bob has noticed when mowing the Green an increasing quantity of Dog Fouling.
Produce a sign to put on the gate ACTION AMICIA
Insurance
The renewal is expected soon. The meeting agreed that if it was at a similar level to last year it could be paid.
Retired Trustees
The final signature was added to the letter to Barry Till and this will be sent to him

Ann informed the meeting she had booked the Staffordshire Morris men for this event rather than the Jazz band from previous years

Ann is kindly hosting a meeting at The Manor on Tuesday 21st April at 7.30pm to arrange Refreshments for Sports Day.

2010 IDEAS
The aim is to establish the Terrance Marsden trail using the
route that Victoria is working on. Progress this with the Council when
everything is finalised. The idea is to use basic information which is only
visible from the path which will all be on public rights of way.
